Ten people were arrested during a DUI checkpoint in Moreno Valley, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department announced Saturday. The checkpoint was conducted between 9 p.m. Friday and 3 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Heacock Street and Webster Avenue, according to the sheriff's department. Four people were arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol, and one additional person was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, according to Corporal Joe Cornejo of the RCSD.
